2.) Email these 2 pages back to us at GreatRentalHomesLLC@gmail.com.  We cannot fully process the application without these, so please send these in to us now, before you forget.

3.) Submit Application & Pay : this only takes about 5-10 minutes.

5.) In general you'll know within 7-10 days, usually earlier, whether you are accepted for the property and we'll contact you to set up a date and time to sign the rental contract.
