About GRH

Great Rental Homes is an established company who rents homes directly from property owners.  We are not a property management company, we simply rent your home directly from you providing you a steady stream of rental income.  We do this in the Coweta and Fayette Counties of Georgia on the south side of Atlanta.

Over the years we've come to understand and appreciate a much greater need in the Real Estate Industry -- a need to help "forced landlords", and owners of secondary homes, turn their rental home liabilities into cash flowing real estate assets. We provide a personalized one-on-one experience to help educate you in understanding how we can apply our solution to your situation.
